Subdivisions
A subdivision constitutes the division of any tract, parcel, or lot of land into three or more parts in conformance with the provisions of the Brunswick County Zoning Ordinance.
Subdivision plats are reviewed and approved by the Planning Director prior to recordation at the Brunswick County Clerk’s Office. Subdivision plats are sent out to the appropriate agencies for review and comments, and are submitted to the Planning Commission in preliminary form. They are then sent to Governing Body in final form.
